WHO WAS BAIO?

Baio is a little train that most kids call Thomas The Tank Engine. Christian has been a Baio fan for quite a while. We have no idea where the name Baio came from, but we sure know who he is....

Christian knows each and every one of the other engines and calls them by their correct name. In our house we have Baio books, Baio bubble bath, Baio engines (all sizes), Baio bedding, Baio CD's, Baio games, Baio shoes, etc., etc.

Even though Baio has invaded our house we are very grateful to him, it has given Christian plenty of entertainment and us a few good minutes to relax!

Happy 40 Robert!

Robert came home from work to find 25 pink flamingos announcing his 40th birthday. (It was supposed to be 40 but to keep withing budget...every bird is $1..plus tax).

He came home sooner than usual and caught Ed sticking the flamingos in the yard!! He had a good laugh anyway..

Christian said there were a of birdies in the yard...

Christian's End of year program

Christian (the little guy with the suspenders) attended a Parent's morning out program where he played and learned letters, numbers and colors. They had an end of year program called Salute to America. I could not believe it but he stood without moving for a few minutes. He is the youngest of the group. Everything was fine until ....

He saw dada in the audience!

He saw dada in the audience!
While the kids sang, he screamed DADA!
He calmed down quickly, thank goodness because seeing him cry was breaking our hearts! The program was very short, Christian had a great time afterwards!

Is the kid in the middle crying?

My second birthday..

We celebrated Christian's birthday at home. With only two cousins the house felt like it was going to fall apart. He had a great time running behind Davis and Rebecca! We thought he was going to pass out at night but it was 10 and we could not get him to go to sleep!

This was a very cold easter Sunday. We missed all of the egg hunts except Ivonne's. At hers, eggs have money inside, no candy. Christian did not care for either, he was more interested in running behind the dogs.
